It's quite sad to report about my latest experience managing Bosnia & Herzegovina. I have already managed to fail qualification round after 6 fixtures.

I have been using counter attacking 4-2-2-2 tactics with 6 footballers in defence:

In spite of my tactical efforts France and Russia were teams I feel impossible to beat using my team's current squad. Defending against those teams (especially Karim Benzema from France) is an absolute nightmare.

I don't understand how I can create solid defence if my 2 best DCs look like that:

Boris Pandza

Josip Colina

They cannot cope with neither towering striker nor quick forwards…

Maybe I should try to add sweeper to the tactics? It could be good idea but other Bosnian central defenders are much worse then Colina and Pandza…

Currently I feel like I have no chances to achieve any perceptible success with this team.
