"Overall, I was impressed with Nickelodeon Fit. It's not perfect, but it's certainly a solid title that's better than the others out there.

As I always tell parents, the best kind of exercise with kids is always outside with a ball or a bicycle. But on those days when the weather is bad, Nickelodeon Fit is a great way to ensure that the kids stay in shape."

"Some may see Nickelodeon Fit as just another Wii mini-game collection, and they would be partially right. But it's the parental controls and instruction booklet that help separate Nickelodeon Fit from that.

In the game, parents can view their children's fitness progress, customize routines for them, and view games that exercise certain body parts. The instruction booklet is very well written, too, and even includes a letter with advice from a doctor and top children's fitness expert."
