today I want to share my experience regarding corners in Football Manager 2011. Actually there are many ways to setup corners in FM 2011. But I worked out a far post scheme:

So pass from corner goes to a far post where two central defenders await for with Stand on Far Post and Attack Far Post instructions. Central defenders should possess good Heading, Jumping, Strength and Anticipation. Additionally central forward challenges goalkeeper hindering him to make his way to a ball.

Another important thing to make corners more efficient is rebounds. It's when your players don't manage to win header and ball goes out of box. Then player number #14 on the screenshot above lurks outside area and normally takes this ball.
